GOL reverses losses and profits in the 3rd quarter

The company closed the period with a net profit of R$248 million, reversing losses of R$1.4 billion from 1 year earlier

GOL closed the 3rd quarter of 2025 with a net profit of R$248 million, reversing losses of R$1.4 billion from the same period in 2024. Here is the balance sheet (8 MB – PDF).

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) in the 3rd quarter was R$1.63 billion, compared to R$491 million a year earlier. The Ebitda margin rose to 29.4%, compared to 9.9% in the 3rd quarter of 2024.

GOL’s net revenue rose 11.6% in the 3rd quarter. The value increased from R$4.96 billion from July to September 2024 to R$5.54 billion in the same period in 2025.

From July to September 2025, the company transported 8.8 million passengers, an increase of 10.7% year-on-year.
