The political group tries to come up with an agreement whereby Michelle would be a candidate for the Senate, Ibaneis too, and Celina would stay at the Palácio do Buriti. In this configuration, the current secretary of the Civil House, Gustavo Rocha, would be his deputy. He recently joined the Republicans.
Rocha worked in the Sub-Head of Legal Affairs of the Presidency in the Michel Temer (MDB) government, in which Moraes was Minister of Justice.
The plan to unite the right in the Federal District is threatened by a possible candidacy of federal deputy Bia Kicis (PL-DF) for the Senate, which could implode the agreement with the Ibaneis government.
