On Wednesday, the Hungarian government will meet to start implementing the agreements reached last week in Washington. According to the magyarnemzet.hu server, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán announced this on Tuesday in a post published in the Warriors’ Club (Harcosok klubja) group on Facebook, the TASR correspondent in Budapest reports.
US President Donald Trump received Orbán and his delegation on November 7 at the White House. In his contribution, Orbán addressed, among other things, the results of the Washington meeting, Brussels’ plans for Budapest and his government’s reactions to them.
According to the prime minister, the American trip had fantastic results. “Our country has gained a financial shield against speculative economic and political attacks,” wrote Orbán with the remark that it will also complicate the plans of Brussels. “Hungary remains the lowest energy prices in Europe, reduced household overhead costs and cooperation with the US in the nuclear, defense and space industries is emerging. This is the future,” added the Prime Minister of Hungary.
