Would you like to prepare homemade street food that always turns out well? I like to prepare something like this from time to time, and this recipe is for mini pork kebabs this is one of my favorites.
- 1 kg pork shoulder,
- 2 small onions,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 1 small bunch of parsley,
- 2 eggs,
- 1 tablespoon of kebab-gyros spices,
- ½ teaspoon of cumin,
- ½ teaspoon of sweet pepper,
- ½ teaspoon of hot pepper,
- ½ teaspoon of turmeric,
- salt, pepper (to taste),
- wheat flour (for coating the meat).
Grind the meat with a grinder through a medium-sized strainer. Transfer to a bowl.
Finely chop the onion and parsley. Press the garlic through the press. Add vegetables to the meat.
Add eggs and all spices (except salt and pepper) to the meat. Mix everything thoroughly with your hands until you get a uniform mass. Season to taste with pepper and salt. Set aside for half an hour.
Soak the skewers in water. Form meat into rolls. Roll them in flour. Thread each roll onto a skewer.
Fry the mini kebabs on a grill pan until golden brown. Turn them while frying. Fry for a total of about 8-10 minutes on medium heat.
You can also bake pork kebabs in an oven with a grill function. Place them on the grill and put in the oven preheated to 200°C. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
