Felipe Nasser Daher experienced what few businesspeople have the courage to face: leaving a stable career to take over a family business on the verge of stagnation.
Graduated in Medicine and Civil Engineering, Felipe never imagined that he would end up at the head of one of the most traditional real estate groups in Paraná, founded by his grandfather in 1939. “I was always very involved with people, leadership, social causes. But for a long time I didn’t know what my mission was”, recalls Daher, now CEO of Grupo Paládio.
In the 2000s, Felipe’s life followed the classic script of medical shifts, stability, and a predictable routine. Until his father’s death came and the need to take over the family business.

“I spent a long time dividing myself between duty and the office. Until I couldn’t do it anymore and, in 2019, I left medicine for good. It wasn’t an easy choice. I fought hard to become a doctor. But it was necessary to save the family company”, he says.

In 2013, after his father’s death, Felipe and his sisters Michele and Ana Paula took charge of the group, which at the time was facing focus and management challenges. The company, which had diversified into different areas such as transportation, tourism and real estate, needed a new direction.
With a structured strategy, the group returned to the origins of the real estate market. “We reorganized the cash flow, closed liabilities, and brought back the essence of the business: creating value through solid and sustainable ventures”, says the CEO

Today, Grupo Paládio has six projects underway, which should reach R$600 million, and is expanding operations in Paraná and Santa Catarina. The goal is to double the number of projects over the next five years, expanding regional operations and structuring new strategic partnerships. “We consolidated everything that was done in these first 80 years. Nothing was thrown away. And this legacy will be very important for the next 80 years”, concludes Felipe.
