The former face of marquis Telerán Adrian Kneissl is changing before our eyes. Over the past year, she has lost a lot of weight and is motivating other women with her transformation. The secret of her success? The former presenter prepares her own food in boxes. He eats 1,500 calories and takes at least 10,000 steps a day.
The results of her efforts are undeniable, which is why she faces an avalanche of questions about how she got rid of the extra pounds. Adriana repeatedly shares her simple but effective recipe with women on her Instagram profile. “The basis of success is the words in this picture. DISCIPLINE – because when I want to lose weight, I have to follow the rules and not break them“, she emphasized in one of the previous posts.
“I eat three times a day – breakfast, lunch, dinner. You can see what I eat in the recipes I post here. But you start like this that you will eat the same as before, just reduce the portions a little and only breakfast, lunch, dinner. The latter at 18:00 at the latest. NOTHING in between, and that’s mega hard at the beginning. Hence the discipline. No handful of nuts, one croissant, yogurt with muesli,” she recommends. She admits that the feeling of hunger is part of the process, but she emphasized that nothing goes without a certain amount of pain.
In addition to her body, Adriana Kneissl also beautifies her face. Already at the beginning of the year, she put herself in the hands of an expert and had her eyebrows trimmed. The result microblading (manual eyebrow tattooing technique) praised herself immensely. “I am incredibly satisfied. Eyebrows have always been my weak point, I didn’t enjoy painting and grooming them every morning. And now I finally have peace and beautiful eyebrows“, she wrote on Instagram back in March.
After a few months, she entrusted herself again to the hands of a skilled beautician. “I came to get my microblading done. The first time I was in London, you saw that. The second time I was in London, you saw that too. The third time Lucka came to Bratislava, so now I’m getting it done here at her place,” she explained to her followers.
