The defense of (PL) sent to the (Supreme Federal Court) this Wednesday (12) a request for a visit from the governor of (PL), to the former president under house arrest.
The request was made amid the repercussions of the Alemão and Penha complexes that resulted in the death of 121 people — in the history of Rio de Janeiro.
“The purpose of the request is to allow a specific personal meeting, to be held on a suitably adjusted date, preferably on the earliest possible date, due to the need for direct dialogue with the Petitioner,” said Bolsonaro’s defense.
The request will be analyzed by the minister, rapporteur of the proceedings against the former president in the Supreme Court.
Cláudio Castro spent this Wednesday in Brasília to articulate, with other right-wing governors, changes to the anti-faction project discussed in the Chamber of Deputies.
The proposal was scheduled to be voted on this Wednesday. The analysis in the Chamber plenary, however, must be postponed due to requests from government and opposition leaders in Congress.
