The climate crisis is, first and foremost, a health crisis. The statement was made by the Minister of Health, in an exclusive interview with Jovem Pan News. According to the minister, changes in climate are already causing deaths and worsening diseases around the world. “People are dying in and around the world due to climate tragedies, due to the increase in respiratory diseases related, for example, to the increase in fires”, explained Padilha.
