Change will take place on December 11th and impacts users of standard and standard plans with ads; premium costs up to R$70
will restrict access to channels from December 11th. The company informed on Monday (Nov 11, 2025) that only premium plan subscribers will be able to watch sports programming.
Users of the standard and standard plans with ads will lose the right to the content, which is currently available at no additional cost. Here is (PDF – 118 kB).
The change is part of a broader update to the platform, which this year had already adjusted prices and created a cheaper plan with ad insertion.
On the official website, Disney highlights that the ESPN and ESPN 3 channels will remain temporarily released with advertisements for users of standard plans.

Through the platform, subscribers follow events such as:
- Premier League, La Liga and Serie A;
- Women’s Champions League, UEFA Nations League, Libertadores and Sudamericana;
- ATP Tour (tennis), NBA (basketball) and NFL (American football).
The broadcaster also broadcasts Série B of the Brasileirão, the sole holder of the rights on closed TV, and the Copa do Nordeste.
Updated prices for Disney+ plans:
- Standard with ads – R$27.99/month: premieres of original films and series.
- Standard – R$46.90/month: premieres of original films and series, ad-free content.
- Premium – R$66.90/month: access to all ESPN channels, exclusive tournaments, more than 500 sporting events/month, premieres and download for offline viewing.
