They will quickly become your family's favorite dinner. The stuffing makes them very juicy

Chicken rolls stuffed with creamy stuffing is a dinner idea that always turns out to be a success. Inside there is a velvety stuffing of spinach, mozzarella and cream cheese, seasoned with oregano, sweet pepper and garlic. The combination is very simple and exceptionally tasty. Thanks to this the meat remains juicyand the inside adds creaminess and satiety. This is a dish that is perfect for both a family dinner and an elegant dinner for two. The rolls have a mild taste, so they will surely appeal to both adults and older children.

Ingredients:

  • 3 double chicken breasts,
  • a teaspoon of salt,
  • a teaspoon of red pepper,
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.

Stuffing:

  • 100 g fresh spinach,
  • 100 g sera mozzarella,
  • 4 tablespoons of cream cheese,
  • 2 teaspoons of oregano,
  • a teaspoon of sweet pepper,
  • 1/2 teaspoon of granulated garlic,
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt,
  • a pinch of black pepper.

How to do it:

  1. Clean and dry the meat. Break the breasts into thin cutlets with a pestle, being careful not to tear the structure.
  2. Season the meat with sweet paprika, salt and pepper on all sides.
  3. Prepare the stuffing. Blanch the spinach in boiling water for a minute, then drain and dry. Transfer the spinach to a bowl along with the grated mozzarella, cream cheese and spices to form a uniform paste.
  4. Place 1-2 tablespoons of filling on each chicken breast, then roll the meat tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  5. Place the fillets with cheese and spinach in an ovenproof dish greased with oil and cover with aluminum foil. Put them in an oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes, then remove the cover and continue baking for another 10 minutes.
  6. Serve the chicken with your favorite starch addition, warm, immediately after preparation. Store leftovers in the fridge and use within 3 days. Heat in the oven or in a pan.
