The Center for the Study of Labor Relations and Inequalities (Ceert) is promoting a series of panels at , in (PA), on climate justice analyzed from an anti-racist, anti-sexist and intergenerational perspective.
The actions began last Tuesday (11) and will run until November 19, bringing together black leaders, women, young people and sustainability experts.
Among the highlights of the program are panels on climate resilience and environmental justice, anti-racist, anti-sexist and environmental education and dialogues on racial equity, just transition and sustainability.
Created in 1990, Ceert is a civil society organization that works to promote racial and gender equity, anti-racist education and the defense of rights in the world of work.
“Climate change deepens inequalities and affects those who have historically been excluded from decisions more severely. Taking the racial and gender debate to COP30 is affirming that there is no climate justice without social justice”, says Daniel Bento Teixeira, executive director of Ceert.
