The Slavs were very eager to use various plants in their rituals, and it was also very popular a few centuries ago. Nowadays, many superstitions are becoming forgotten and most of us associate only the most popular ones, for example those related to Christmas, but there are many more superstitions. It is worth celebrating one of them in November – thanks to this, we can expect an injection of cash before the upcoming holidays.
To perform a ritual for financial prosperity at the end of the year, we will need a plant that bears fruit in late autumn — right now most people are picking small red balls from the bushes, which are used, for example, to prepare jams. We’re talking about hawthorn – that’s what we’ll need for the ritual.
