Motiva announces Cosan’s financial director; Lorival Luz will be CFO of Raízen

The holding company Cosan () and Raízen () announced this Friday changes to their financial boards, with the election of new executives for the roles, according to relevant facts.

Rafael Bergman, who was financial director of Raízen, a joint venture between Cosan and Shell, will take up the role at Cosan from December 5th.

Meanwhile, Lorival Luz, formerly of BRF, will take over as Raízen’s financial director from December 1st.

Meanwhile, the transport concessions company Motiva () announced this Friday the appointment of Rodrigo Araujo Alves, current financial vice-president of the holding company Cosan, to occupy the same position in the company, with a mandate from January 5th.

Motiva stated that Waldo Perez, current vice president of finance, will become vice president of investment, supply and shared services from January. Perez will also continue to lead Motiva’s airport division and the company’s “asset recycling” program.

Motiva is negotiating the sale of its airports with plans to reach an agreement by the end of this year.
