The federal deputy (PP-SP) and the minister of the (Supreme Federal Court) traveled together on a FAB (Brazilian Air Force) aircraft requested by the president of the Chamber, (-PB), on November 4th. The flight departed Congonhas airport, in São Paulo, at 9 am, and arrived in Brasília at 11 am.
The deputy’s allies say that he spoke with Moraes about the proposed law, for which he had been chosen as rapporteur by Motta, although without being formally announced. In response, the minister would have advised him against including this point in his report.
Through his advisor, Derrite denies the information. He states that he did not speak to the minister and that it was Motta who spoke with representatives of other Powers.
