Toky Group Board approves capital increase of R$ 25.4 million

The Toky Group’s Board of Directors approved an increase in the company’s share capital in the amount of approximately R$25.4 million, through the issuance of 25,369,364 common shares, priced at R$1 each.

The increase will be made due to the conversion of debentures or other debt securities into new shares.

After the capital increase, the company’s share capital will increase from R$1.125 billion, divided into 122,763,403 shares, to R$1.125 billion, divided into 148,132,767 shares.
