VIDEO: Chinese delivers “army of robots” that will work 24 hours a day

Chinese company Ubtech Robotics has made its first mass delivery of industrial humanoid robots. The announcement was made in a video that drew attention due to its production, number of robots shown and how they behave, reminiscent of the formation of an army.

Called Walker S2, the robots were created to work 24 hours a day within industries – especially in the areas of manufacturing and logistics. Companies such as BYD, Geely, FAWE-Volkswagen, Dongfeng and Foxcoon have already secured batches of robots for their factories.

The company, based in Shenzhen, China, received more than US$112 million in orders for this prototype in 2025, according to information from CBN. Production of the Walker S2 began in July. Since then, more than 100 units have been delivered.
