How to clean the tap from scale and stains?

A good solution will be to use them at home, which will not only quickly deal with limescale deposits, but above all will do it in a way that is safe for the chrome surface. Pour 2 tablespoons of citric acid into a glass of vinegar and add 2 tablespoons of dishwashing liquid. Mix the ingredients and pour into a spray bottle. Spray the taps and cover them with a cloth soaked in this liquid for about 20 minutes. After this time, you can easily remove the limescale using a cloth or soft sponge. The fittings will shine like new. After washing the faucets in this way, it is also worth protecting them against the formation of sediment and streaks too quickly.

Wax will be reliable. For example, the one used for washing and polishing car bodies. Just rub it into a previously washed tap, polish it thoroughly with a cloth, and you won’t see any water stains on it for many days. The wax layer will protect the fittings for many days and make them shine like new. If you don’t have wax on hand, you can easily replace it with regular body oil. Just moisten a microfiber cloth with a few drops of olive oil in your home. Olive oil will not only remove stains, but will also make them shiny – just like wax, it will create a protective coating on the surface of the fittings, thanks to which water will not accumulate on them.
