The integration of systems between Grupo Hermes Pardini and Grupo Fleury () after their merger should generate savings of R$22 million from the Lecom platform system. The automation and management tool integrates two operations that total 20 thousand employees, 5 thousand doctors and more than 300 million exams processed per year.
In four months, 39 processes were migrated with centralized governance, continuous technical monitoring, integrations with legacy systems and standardization of flows. “Updates and new projects are conducted with a focus on sustainability, security and scalability, ensuring that the platform evolves consistently and is prepared for the company’s growth,” says Grupo Fleury’s Systems Coordinator, Carlos Moura.
The tool has been used at Hermes Pardini since 2018. According to Lecom, the annualized savings capture will be R$12 million in 2025 and R$22 million in 2026.

According to Lecom’s CEO, Tiago Amor, the result achieved reflects the potential of technology when applied strategically. “The projection of R$22 million in savings for 2026 is the result of rapid integrations, flexibility and adaptability of the platform,” he said.
