It may have, among other things, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. That is why it is worth consuming pollen in the autumn and winter season and thus reducing the risk of various viral infections.

Additionally, bee pollen regulates digestive processessupports the treatment of diarrhea and constipation, has a positive effect on the intestinal bacterial flora. It also strengthens blood vessels, has anti-atherosclerosis properties, can lower cholesterol levels and cleanses the body of toxins. It supports the nervous system weakened by stress, improves well-being and concentration.

Is bee pollen healthier than honey? This cannot be stated unambiguously – both products contain many valuable substances that are beneficial for maintaining the body’s immunity. Therefore, it is worth using honey and bee pollen interchangeably.

Bee pollen can be an excellent addition to tea. Before adding the ingredient, it is worth cooling the drink slightly so that the pollen does not lose its valuable properties. Many people add this bee product to yogurt or muesli with milk. Before doing this, however, it is worth chopping it up a bit. It is good to eat about 2-4 teaspoons of bee pollen every day to increase your immunity.

Mix the contents with a spoon, then cover the glass with a plate and leave it overnight. In the morning, add half a teaspoon of honey. Mix it again and drink it on an empty stomach, just before breakfast. According to many people, such a drink is better than honey and lemon.
