Ingredients (for 1 tray):
300 grams of plain flour
200 grams of granulated sugar
100 grams of butter
250 milliliters
2 eggs
1 baking powder
Fruit according to choice and availability
Tuk
Coarse flour
Procedure:
First, take a baking sheet, ideally one with a higher edge, grease it and sprinkle it with coarse flour. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Then take a bowl and pour kefir into it, add melted cold butter, flour and baking powder. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Then add the egg and beat the dough to a thin consistency.
Pour the batter onto the tray you have prepared and evenly place the fruit of your choice on it. If you have chosen raspberries or blueberries, you do not need to cut it, however, cut strawberries, plums or apricots in half. The hardest part is over, now all that remains is to put the tray in the oven and bake for about half an hour. You can tell when the cake is ready by inserting a skewer into it. If the skewer is dry when you pull it out, you are done and ready to serve. Bon appetite!
