Deputy proposes amendment to resolve the situation of the Health PCCR and unions take legal action

The president of the Public Health Commission of the Legislative Assembly of Acre (Aleac), deputy Adailton Cruz, said in an interview with ContilNetthis Tuesday (18), that the Health unions requested a conciliation hearing with the Government to discuss the Career, Positions and Remuneration Plan (PCCR) of the category.

The deputy said that the Government did not meet the promised deadlines for delivering the project to Aleac and, therefore, an exact date must be defined in an agreement, in court.

“Today it was petitioned, the union petitioned today for this conciliation hearing between the government and the union to be held before December 15th. At this hearing, if the court agrees on the delivery of the plan, then we will be calm because they will have to obey the court decision. So we are also using the action to our advantage”, stated the deputy.

“The purpose of the hearing is this, to define the exact date. Is it defined? The movement is over, the objective is resolved”, concluded the parliamentarian.

Amendment could be the way out, believes Adailton

The deputy also said that, if the government does not present the plan in the next few days, the solution will be to present an amendment in the vote on the Annual Budget Law (LOA), scheduled to take place between December 16th and 17th, to cover the categories.

“If the government doesn’t present the plan, I’ll make an open amendment. I think the value… I’ll do it on guesswork. Probably the value of the plan for doctors and general staff will be 250 million. We’ll propose an amendment of R$300 million and we’ll let the plenary decide whether to approve it or not. If the plan doesn’t arrive. If the plan arrives, we know the exact value, then there’s nothing to discuss”, concluded the deputy.

Servers protest at Aleac

Representatives from several health unions occupied the Marina Silva room, at the Acre Legislative Assembly (Aleac), this Tuesday morning (18).

Protesters protest against the Government’s delay in discussions about the new Career, Position and Remuneration Plan (PCCR) for the category.

The protest started in front of Aleac and extended to Casa do Povo, with the support of deputies Adailton Cruz (president of the Public Health Commission at Aleac) and Edvaldo Magalhães.

During the demonstration, workers observed a minute of silence and wore black bands over their mouths and eyes, in the form of a project.

The employees also plan to camp in front of the headquarters of the State Department of Health (Sesacre) until the PCCR project is sent to Aleac for a vote.

The government claims that it is currently impossible to grant the new plan due to the absence of a loophole in the Fiscal Responsibility Law (LRF).
