This Monday (17) was different for students at a public school in Rio Branco. Acre singer Duda Modesto participated in the Acre Cultural nas Escolas project, created by musician Bala Padula, and brought classic rock into the room — which made the children vibrate, jump and even “shake their hair”, as the event records show.

“I told the children that there wasn’t going to be Galinha Pintadinha, I was going to sing ROCK so they could shake their heads”, Duda published on social media. The answer came immediately: during the songs, the little ones formed circles, jumped non-stop and followed the rhythm as if they were at a real show.

The repertoire featured classics such as the Beatles and Elvis Presley, creating an unusual experience for the school routine. In videos published on social media, a student in a plaid dress draws attention with her excitement, while other groups appear jumping and dancing together.

The project seeks to bring students closer to musical and cultural diversity, and the singer’s participation was one of the liveliest moments of the action. The presentation earned praise and fun comments from those who watched the children’s energy.
