Help Neri doesn’t regret having insisted on Alysson’s name in 2024: ‘He could be a good mayor’

Representative Socorro Neri was interviewed on the podcast ContilNetEm Cena, this Monday (18).

At the time, the parliamentarian was asked if there was any regret on her part in supporting Alysson Bestene in 2024, when Progressistas tried to launch him for City Hall, but gave up on the project and placed him as vice-president on the Bocalom (PL) ticket.

Socorro stated that he did not regret what he did by insisting that the PP take the lead in that election and also said that he considers Alysson to have a prepared profile for Rio Branco City Hall.

“No, I don’t regret it. And I don’t regret it because everything I did was with the aim of strengthening the PP and, at the same time, making the PP, this very strong party, present a project for our city”, said the deputy.

“I can’t regret this. I believed that Alysson could be a good mayor for Rio Branco, and I continue to believe that. I even think there is the possibility of being mayor of Rio Branco”, he concluded.
