- Rinse for the entire length of the hair — this is the most popular method. Mix a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with a glass of lukewarm water (250 ml). For oily hair, you can use two tablespoons of vinegar. Apply the rinse to washed hair and do not rinse it out (the scent will dissipate after the hair dries).
- Mask with apple cider vinegar — add a tablespoon of vinegar to two tablespoons of your favorite hair mask and mix thoroughly. Apply to the length and then rinse with lukewarm water after about 10 minutes.
- Hair mist with vinegar — it is worth using it for frizzy hair. Mix a tablespoon of vinegar with 200 ml of water and pour it into a container with an atomizer. Apply to the length of the hair and do not rinse.
- Scalp rinse – you can use it if you have dandruff. Mix two tablespoons of vinegar with four tablespoons of water and massage into the washed scalp. Then rinse after two minutes.
This type of treatment will allow you to see the difference after the first use. The mask and scalp rinse can be used no more than once a week. Rinse your hair every three or four days and use a mist as desired.
