Palmeiras organized special logistics with chartered flights to ensure that its six players called up by the national teams return in time to be listed for the duel against Vitória, scheduled for this Wednesday, at 7:30 pm (Brasília time), at Allianz Parque, in an early match of the 37th round of the Brasileirão.
Just as happened with Flaco López last Friday, Gustavo Gómez, Piquerez, Emiliano Martínez, Sosa, Facundo Torres and Vitor Roque will begin the trip back to Brazil as soon as they finish their commitments for Data Fifa this Tuesday.
When they arrive at the Football Academy, the six will undergo complete assessments at the Health and Performance Center, which will decide how many minutes each one will be able to play against Vitória.

Situation of Palmeiras squad
Vitor Roque – Brazil x Tunisia (4:30 p.m.)
The striker was not used in the friendly against Senegal, and Carlo Ancelotti left open the possibility of him coming on during the match against Tunisia, which takes place in Lille. Shortly after the final whistle, Roque will board Leila Pereira’s jet, who is in France. In addition to him, Paulo Henrique (Vasco), Fabrício Bruno (Cruzeiro) and Luciano Juba (Bahia) will return on the same flight.
Piquerez, Emiliano Martínez and Facundo Torres – USA x Uruguay (9pm)
The Uruguayan team plays in Tampa, in the United States. In the first Data Fifa friendly, the three Palmeiras athletes were called up by Marcelo Bielsa: Piquerez and Emiliano played the 90 minutes, while Torres came on at half-time. After the game, the trio takes a chartered flight to Brazil, arriving on Wednesday morning.
Gustavo Gómez e Sosa – Mexico x Paraguay (22:30)
Also on American soil, Paraguay ends the round of friendlies against Mexico. Gómez started in the defeat to the USA and was involved in an argument at the end of the match. Sosa came on in the second half and played for around 30 minutes. Both are expected to disembark in Brazil on Wednesday morning.
Paraguay coach Gustavo Alfaro admitted that Gómez should be rested from the match.
Will the players be starters?
Regarding the starting team, Abel Ferreira will wait for the evaluations and wear of each one. In the classic against Santos, Flaco López returned from the Argentine team straight to the game, but, as he had not trained with the group, he started on the bench — something that could happen again with this week’s squad.
