A teenager diedon the afternoon of this Monday (17), after being attacked during a fight in Mauá, Greater São Paulo. A Municipal Civil Guard and ROMU teams (Municipal Ostensive Rounds) who was taken to the city’s 1st Police District, where the case was registered.
According to the SSP (Public Security Secretariat), in the Sítio Bela Vista neighborhood. The victim, whose initial age was reported as 14 years old, but later confirmed by the SSP as 16 years old, fell and became unconscious.
The young man was rescued at UPA Barão, but did not survive his injuries.
The PCESP (São Paulo Civil Police) treats the case as a bodily injury followed by death and must hear witnesses in the coming days, in addition to analyzing camera images and carrying out other measures to clarify what motivated the fight and how the aggression occurred.
The teenager’s body will be sent to the IML (Legal Medical Institute) for necroscopic examination. So far, there is no information about the motivation for the disagreement that led to the fatal attack.
