Uber and 99 announce return of motorcycle taxi service in the city of São Paulo

Uber and 99 announced, this Tuesday (18), the resumption of motorcycle services via app in the city of São Paulo. The services will be valid from December 11th. In September, the Court determined a period of 90 days for the activity to be regularized by the City Hall. Uber and 99 stated that City Hall has not, to date, created a regulatory project.

    We will use technology to detect risk patterns (such as speed and sudden braking) based on telemetry to implement alerts, feedback, educational content and restriction policies.
