A liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) tanker, owned by Turkey, was hit in Odesa, Ukraine.
The incident took place at the port of Izmail in the Odesa region. The ship, named ORINDA, was in port carrying around 4,000 tons of liquefied gas when it was attacked by a drone. According to Turkish media reports, its crew is safe.

The news is also confirmed by the Ukrainian Authorities, with the Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sibyha stating in a post on X that: “A ship carrying liquefied natural gas was damaged during a Russian attack in the southern region of Odessa in Ukraine. The attack forced Romania to evacuate a border village.” Sibiha did not provide further details.
