Secretary assessed that it was not necessary to spend more days in Brasília, articulating approval in the Federal Senate, because he believes that negotiations are already underway
The licensed Public Security Secretary of the State of São Paulo, Guilherme Derrite (PP), will resume his post next Monday (24). He briefly left office at the beginning of the month to return to the Chamber of Deputies and report on the anti-faction bill, approved this Tuesday (18). As a result, next week, he will resume his position at Palácio dos Bandeirantes.
According to interlocutors, Derrite assessed that it was not necessary to spend more days in Brasília articulating the approval of the text now in the Federal Senate. The licensed secretary believes that negotiations are already underway.
As the column showed, he should leave Palácio dos Bandeirantes definitively at the beginning of next year. He does not rule out, however, the possibility of running for state government — he has a preference for 2030.
