The secret to a successful cake involves no complicated methods or unique ingredients. All we need to do is remember a simple sequence of numbers for the effects to be stunning. Thanks to this, our cake will always be fluffy and delicious. We explain what this method is.

If you want to prepare a reliable dough, it is worth using a proven method that will make it tasty and soft. This method is based on numbers because it is a 5-4-3-2-1 cake.

This name is of great importance because it refers to the proportions that should be followed when preparing the baked product. Thanks to this, we will obtain the perfect consistency of the baking. So, to prepare it tasty you should use the ingredients in the right proportions:

  • 500 g of wheat flour,
  • 400 g sugar,
  • 300 g of sweetened condensed milk,
  • 200 ml of vegetable oil,
  • 10 g baking powder,
  • a pinch of salt,

It was the first numbers regarding the proportions of products that contributed to the name of this method. Once everything is ready, that’s enough mix all dry ingredients in one bowl and combine wet ingredients in another, then combine both sets and mix briefly until smooth. Pour the dough into a baking tray lined with paper and bake for about 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius until it is nicely golden.
