Recent survey shows the US president’s popularity at 38% due to dissatisfaction with the cost of living and the Epstein case

The approval rating of the President of the United States, (Republican Party), continues to decline. A survey of the released on Tuesday (November 18, 2025) shows that the rate fell to 38% due to North Americans’ dissatisfaction with the cost of living and the government’s conduct in .

The current rate represents a drop of 2 percentage points compared to the beginning of November, when it was 40%. Since returning to office on January 20 with 47% approval, Trump has already lost 9 percentage points in less than 1 year.

The president’s current approval rating is close to the worst rates of his first term, when he reached 33%, and the worst moment of former president Joe Biden (Democratic Party), who scored 35% during his government (2021-2025).
