Eduardo is included in the Union’s list of debtors – 11/20/2025 – Power

The PGFN (Attorney General of the National Treasury) included the name of (PL-SP) in the Union’s Active Debt.

The Prosecutor’s Office responded to a request from the . Eduardo, who has been in the United States since February, owes R$13,941.40 for unexcused absences from sessions.

The value corresponds to four absences in March. The absences were recorded when the deputy was already in the United States, but had not yet started his period of parliamentary leave, which began on March 18.

Registration in active debt allows the adoption of collection measures. The debtor may suffer credit restrictions (protest, inclusion of Serasa, among others), his own assets and may even lose his assets through judicial auction, according to the PGFN.

The Chamber tried to charge Eduardo, but was unable to do so. in August and the debt notice was delivered, but the debt was not paid. His name was also included in Cadin (Informative Register of Unpaid Credits of the Federal Public Sector) in October.

Parliamentary leave ended on 4 August. Since then, the deputy has returned to counting absences — he has 47 unexcused absences, one justified absence and 13 presences, according to data from the Chamber.

Eduardo may have his mandate revoked due to excessive absences. According to the rules, the deputy who does not have two-thirds of the presence loses his position. The Chamber, however, will only count the 2025 frequency next year.

UOL contacted the deputy through his advisor, but received no response. The space remains open.
