this is one of the most popular because it can be made quickly, is nutritious and very tasty. Additionally, it has relatively few calories, is lean, fills you up quickly and contains a lot of easily digestible protein (22-23 g in 100 g), which is why it is eagerly consumed by both athletes and people who want to lose excess weight.
This does not mean, however, that you have to serve them in the same version every time. If you want it to delight your palate, try preparing chicken breast in a delicious and distinctive oriental sauce.
Oriental chicken sauce will delight many poultry fans. To prepare it, you only need a few cheap ingredients from the grocery store, and the meat with it is much better and more expressive.
Oriental sauce – ingredients:
- – 1 large piece
- butter – 1 tbsp
- curry – 1.5 tsp
- ground sweet pepper – 1 tsp
- turmeric – 0.5 tsp
- poultry/vegetable broth – 300 ml
- salt, pepper – to taste
- coconut milk/cream – 80 ml – optional
- potato flour – 1 teaspoon (to thicken, mixed with 2 tablespoons of cold water)
To prepare the oriental sauce for chicken, start by finely chopping the onion. Then melt the butter in a deep pan and add the onion and fry it over medium heat. After about 5 minutes it should be beautifully glazed.
Add paprika, curry and turmeric, and then fry for another half a minute. Then add the broth, mix and cook the sauce over low heat for 10 minutes until it thickens slightly. Season and, if necessary, whiten and thicken. Pour over the finished meat and serve, e.g. with basmati or jasmine rice.
