The expectation is that an extra edition of the Official Gazette of the Union will be published today, formalizing the sending of the message to the Federal Senate. The appointment process follows a specific schedule after publication in the Official Gazette. The next step involves a conversation between the president of the Constitution and Justice Commission (CCJ) and the president of the Senate, Davi Alcolumbre (União-AP), to define the date of the hearing.
Approval process
