President of the United States says documents expose financier’s ties to Democratic politicians

The President of the United States, (Republican Party), stated on Wednesday (19.Nov.2025), in a publication in Truth Social, that he had signed the order releasing the Epstein case documents to Congress. In the text, he made a series of associations between financier Jeffrey Epstein, accused of running a pedophilia and sex trafficking network, and members of the Democratic Party.

“Jeffrey Epstein, who was charged by my administration’s Justice Department in 2019 (not the Democrats!), was a lifelong Democrat, donated thousands of dollars to Democratic politicians, and had deep ties to well-known Democratic Party figures,” Trump wrote. According to him, the Department of Justice has already sent “almost 50,000 pages” of documents to Congress.

Since the White House, on January 20, 2025, Trump of the files, in contrast to the position adopted during the election campaign, when he defended the publicization of the case.

The Chamber fully opened the files on Tuesday (Nov 18), ordering the government to hand over the materials to Congress and make the investigation accessible to the public.
