US proposal suggests that Ukraine cede the Donetsk and Luhansk regions to Russia. Limited army, no NATO troops.
O peace plan presented by USA foresees a “non-aggression pact” between Russia, Ukraine and Europesecurity guarantees for Kiev and the division of Kherson and Zaporijia on the current front line.

These two regions, claimed by Moscow, and Crimea, annexed by Russia in 2014, would be “de facto recognized as Russian, including by the United States”, according to the plan.

The plan stipulates that efforts to reconstruction led by the US will be financed with $100 billion from currently frozen Russian assets.

Kaja Kallas, High Representative for Foreign Affairs of the European Union (EU), rejected any plan that does not have the agreement of Ukraine, as an invaded country, and European participation, reminding Washington that, in this conflict, “there is a clear aggressor and a victim”.
In Washington, White House spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt stated that the peace plan proposed by the United States is good “for both Russia and Ukraine”.
