Minister Jader Filho (Cities), who organized the conversation, and the governor of Pará, Helder Barbalho (MDB), were also present.
The idea is to have more active participation by cities in implementing actions and investments against the climate crisis, in a way that complements the participation of national governments and multilateral institutions.
