Currently admitted to the Hospital de São Francisco Xavier, in Lisbon, Markl reported that he is recovering gradually and under medical supervision. In the publication, addressed to friends, listeners and followers who sent him messages of support, he highlighted the importance of recognizing physical limits and warned about the impact of excessive tasks on well-being.
The communicator also said that he sees this episode as a moment of reflection, highlighting that no one is immune to health problems, no matter how great the work pace or professional dedication. The message was accompanied by a photograph taken in the hospital bed.
