Vice-governor of and responsible for state actions to combat crack, Felício Ramuth () disapproves of the attitude of the vice-mayor of the capital, Colonel Ricardo Mello Araújo (PL), who criticized governor Tarcísio de Freitas (Republicans) regarding the issue.
“Each person has their own style and experience in management, but for me it is a mistake to make this type of demand to those responsible for the positions. They are the ones who actually represent their institutions”, says Ramuth to the Panel.
In an interview with Sheetto put an end to the flow of money in the center of São Paulo and called Tarcísio’s statement that the “fatal blow” against the flow of money in the area would have been the eviction of the Moinho favela a “great deception”.
According to Ramuth, the colonel made a mistake in understanding that Tarcísio attributed the end of Cracolândia to the dismantling of the Moinho. “What was mentioned by the governor is the operation that arrested Léo do Moinho [acusado de chefiar o tráfico no local]even before Mello took over as vice president”.
Despite this, the vice-governor states that there will be no change in the partnership between the government and city hall on this topic. “Also because it is collective work and not individual work,” he says.
