The second day of press conferences São Paulo Motor Show was dominated in the morning by the group Stellar. The brands shared space on the stage with the presentations and news displayed at the brands’ stands.
Among the new features, the Stellar revealed that Leapmotor will be the . Now, the Chinese brand joins Fiat, Jeep and Ram in the unit.
In a conversation with journalists, the president of Stellantis in South America, Herlander Zola, stated that the date for starting production in Goiana has not yet been defined.
“The decision has already been made. We clearly expect to grow and grow quickly with Leapmotor here in Brazil”, highlighted Zola. The executive also did not reveal which will be the first model produced at the Goiana unit.
The event takes place for the general public between November 22nd and 30th, at Anhembi, however, members of the press have already been able to get a taste of what the show has in store for car lovers.
Fiat
The Fiat stand will feature some models. The Abarth 600e Scorpionissima is the brand’s highlight at the Show. The sports model has 280 hp and 35.1 kgfm of torque.
Visitors will also be able to take a closer look at the special edition of the , the Abarth Fastback, Titano Black by Mopar, Strada Pipeline (with elements for those passionate about the sea and sports) and the Dolce Camper concept.
Peugeot
The French brand brought the 3008 GT to the show, an SUV equipped with a 1.6 THP engine with 180 hp and 30.5 kgfm of torque. The brand did not reveal whether the model will be sold in Brazil and only brought it as a demonstration for the automotive show.
The electric Peugeot 208 GTi is also on display at the brand’s stand. Furthermore, the brand proposes activations at its stand and test drives with the recently launched Peugeot 208 GT T200 Hybrid and 2008 GT T200 Hybrid, the latter will also be on display at the stand.

Citroën
The brand is also present at the Show and shows the unprecedented C5 Aircross, a 100% electric SUV that has already been launched on the European market. The Citroën C3 XTR, Citroën Aircross XTR 7L Turbo 200 and Citroën Basalt Dark Edition Turbo 200 are also attractions at the automaker’s stand.

Jeep
The brand confirmed production located in Porto Real (RJ). The compact SUV is Jeep’s fourth national model in Brazil, alongside the Renegade, Compass and Commander.
The Jeep Avenger has lines with classic elements of the brand and according to the manufacturer it will be the model with the highest level of technology in the category. Other highlights are the Jeep Convoy, the Jeep Recon (100% electric) and the new Jeep Cherokee.

RAM
The main highlight of the sheep brand is the new Ram Dakota pickup truck. The pickup uses the same package as the Titano, with a 2.20 turbodiesel engine with 200 hp and 45.9 kgfm of torque.
In addition to the medium pickup, visitors will also be able to see the new Ram 1500 RHO up close, equipped with a 3.0 Hurricane High-Output engine with 547 hp and 74.6 kgfm of torque.
The Ram 3500 Mega Cab Dually also has a place reserved for visits at the manufacturer’s stand.

lecar
In an unconvincing presentation, the Brazilian brand Lecar also took the stage to present the products to journalists. Still without a car manufactured, just a mockup prototype, Lecar promises a factory for Brazil and 150 dealerships by 2026.
The company’s new planning foresees the start of works in the first quarter of 2026, with production of the first series models scheduled for the second half of 2027.
The brand designs three cars for Brazil, the 456, the Campo pickup truck and an off-road style SUV called the Tático. According to Lecar CEO, Flávio Figueiredo Assis, the model is an “improved Troller”.

MG Motor
MG Motor arrives at the SP Auto Show with several models. As part of the plans, the brand announced 70 dealerships by the end of 2026.
Among the models, the brand revealed an increase in the portfolio. For Brazil, the brand already has some names and prices announced and with open sales. Prices range from R$195,800 to R$499,800.

BYD
BYD unveiled the new luxury sub-brand, Denza for Brazil. The brand was created in 2010 in a joint venture with Mercedes-Benz. The B5 is an off-road SUV that the company debuts in the country. THE hybrid jeep It has 1,200 km of autonomy and 677 hp of power.
In addition to it, the brand is also expected to launch two other models in 2026: Z9 GT in the first half of the year and the D9 minivan in the second half of the year.

Caoa
Another brand is confirmed for the national market. THE Caoa Changan is a new joint venture between the Brazilian group and the Chinese company, which also holds the Caoa Chery.
The brand will arrive with two cars: the Avatr 11, a coupe SUV, and the Avatr 012, a crossover that combines characteristics of a coupe and even a sedan.
