Federal deputy for the PP and former president of the Chamber Arthur Lira stated, in a publication on “No country can boast of having its last presidents imprisoned.”

The deputy also assessed that “it has been more than a decade since this march and counter-march has harmed the economy, job creation and criminalized politics” in Brazil.
