Atlético-MG and Lanús will decide this Saturday (22/11), at 5pm (Brasíli time), the title, in Asunción. The game takes place at the Defensores del Chaco Stadium, and pits two teams face to face that reach the final at a strong pace, although at different times.
The Argentine team is going through its best phase of the season and has maintained an almost flawless campaign in recent weeks. Lanús lost just once in the last 13 matches, 2-1 to Banfield, away from home, on November 3rd. Before that, the last defeat was at the beginning of September, against Argentinos Juniors. In that time, they have won eight wins and four draws, a performance that fills the “Granate” fans with confidence to seek another title.

Atlético, in turn, is still going strong this season. The defeat to Bragantino, last Sunday (16/11), interrupted a sequence of five games without losing, but did not shake the team’s atmosphere. Considering the same 13 matches, Galo fell in just three, totaling five wins and five draws.
Lanús’ path to the decision still carries an ingredient that serves as a warning to Galo, the Argentine club eliminated Fluminense in the quarter-finals. The 1-0 victory at home and the 1-1 draw at Maracanã gave the Argentines a place in the semi-finals and showed the strength of the Argentine team.
Off the field, Galo fans are preparing an invasion of Paraguay. According to data released by the club, tickets in category 3, the sector intended for athletes, were sold out in just four hours. More than 12 thousand fans have already guaranteed their entry to the final. The mixed areas and the sector destined for Lanús still have tickets available, but Conmebol projects a full house: more than 75% of the capacity is already occupied, around 30 thousand of the 42 thousand available places.
