Vienna – A 51-year-old woman was hit and kicked by her partner in Vienna-Liesing on Saturday night and seriously injured by a bite to the face. A neighbor heard the loud argument from a neighboring apartment around 12:30 a.m. and called the police. “The man is in police custody. An alcohol test carried out showed the 53-year-old to have a blood alcohol level of 1.8,” said police spokeswoman Julia Schick.
