You can make vegan marshmallow in just a few minutes and without baking. The ingredients are easily available and their list is short. If the fluffy foam is not sweet enough for you, you can add xylitol – low-calorie birch sugar or another sweetener.

  • 100 ml of plant drink,
  • ¾ can of coconut milk,
  • 4 tablespoons of chia seeds,
  • 3 tablespoons of honey,

How to prepare vegan marshmallow?

  1. In a pot, combine the plant drink, coconut milk, honey, xylitol and add chia seeds. Mix the ingredients and bring to a boil. Finally, add gelling sugar or agar and stir constantly. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
  2. When the foam mixture cools down, pour it into a 20×20 cm baking tin lined with baking paper. Once it has cooled down, put it in the fridge.
  3. Melt the chocolate bars in a water bath. Remove the foam from the fridge and cut it into smaller pieces. Dip them in cooled, but still liquid chocolate and place them on baking paper. Once all the pieces are dipped in chocolate, put them in the fridge to let the icing set.
