The minister of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) Alexandre de Moraes authorized this Sunday, the 23rd, the visit of the former first lady, Michelle Bolsonaro, to visit her husband who has been preventively detained since yesterday in the Federal Police Superintendence (PF) prison in Brasília.

Moraes also authorized the visit of the former president’s children, but denied that this would be done this Sunday, on the grounds that the defense did not specify the names of the visitors, a necessary measure for registration and release with the PF. The minister requested a complement to the decision.

Michelle’s visit is authorized between 3pm and 5pm. The former first lady was at a PL event in Ceará when Bolsonaro was arrested.

Bolsonaro will undergo a custody hearing via videoconference this Sunday, at 12 pm. The STF will not release images of the conversation, which will be conducted by an assistant judge from Moraes’ office.
