Erika sues STF for Nikolas using cell phone when visiting Bolsonaro

Deputy alleges that deputy from Minas Gerais violated precautionary measures; Nikolas declared that “there was no prior communication of any restrictions”

The federal deputy (Psol-SP) sent the minister of the STF (Supreme Federal Court) a criminal report against the deputy (PL-MG). The document was formalized this Sunday (Nov 23, 2025) and questions the congressman’s use of a cell phone during a visit to the former president (PL), who was under house arrest on Friday (Nov 21) and prevented from using social media.

She alleges that Nikolas violated precautionary measures imposed by the Court by using a cell phone during the meeting with the former president. According to the criminal report, the act would violate previous court orders. In the document, Hilton relates the visit to the violation of the electronic ankle bracelet and the one called by the senator (PL-RJ), events that culminated in Bolsonaro’s preventive arrest.

“The conduct fails to comply with a court order and points to possible instigation or assistance in the evasion plan. Therefore, I also requested the search and seizure of Nikolas’ cell phone, to prevent the destruction of evidence and ensure rigor in the investigation”he declares.

In addition to the search and seizure of the cell phone, the crime report requests the hearing of the deputy and the agents who accompanied the visit and the application of relevant precautionary measures.

In response, he wrote on his X that “there was no prior communication of any restriction on the use of cell phones, neither by the Judiciary nor by the agents responsible for monitoring during the visit”. The congressman still criticizes the “TV Globo” for, according to him, having used a drone to capture images of a private environment.

For Erika, Nicholas “consciously decided to disregard the rules of the order, which were already public and notorious given the importance of a judicial decision that ordered the house arrest of a former president”.
