Corporation investigates alleged early disclosure of questions similar to those on the test before the 2nd day of the exam
The (Federal Police) carried out this Sunday (23.Nov.2025), in Ceará, a search and seizure warrant issued by the Federal Court to investigate possible fraud in this year’s Enem (National High School Exam). The corporation investigates – at the request of the Ministry of Education – the alleged early disclosure of questions similar to those on the test, before the second day of the exam.
The technical team at Inep (National Institute of Educational Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira), responsible for applying Enem, identified that a video published on digital platforms contained questions with substantial similarity to those applied in the official test. The content was released before the exam date.
Due to reports on social media about the video, which began circulating 1 day after the natural sciences and mathematics tests were administered, Inep decided to cancel 3 questions.
On Tuesday (Nov 18), the Minister of Education, Camilo Santana, said that the information up to that point indicated that a person who participated in an Enem pre-test had disclosed the questions during a live broadcast on the internet, days before the test.
In a statement, the Federal Police said that the searches this Sunday (Nov 23) aim to:
- clarify the facts;
- investigate possible illicit acts;
- identify those responsible for obtaining the data and undue disclosure;
- investigate possible connections with other crimes.
