This Sunday, the 23rd, the minister of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) Alexandre de Moraes defined the rules for former president Jair Bolsonaro (PL), to receive visits from his children – Carlos, Flávio and Jair Renan – at the Federal Police Superintendency in Brasília, where he is preventively detained. The request had been made by Bolsonaro’s defense, who was detained on Saturday, 22, after attempting to violate the electronic ankle monitor.
According to ordinance 1104, dated March 28, 2024, from the Regional Superintendence of the PF of the Federal District, visits by family members on site must take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 9 am to 11 am, lasting 30 minutes and limited to two family members per day of visit. Each relative will visit the prisoner separately.
The order of visits was defined by the minister in alphabetical order
Tuesday, 25th, from 9am to 11am – Carlos Bolsonaro, councilor of Rio de Janeiro for the PL, and Flávio Bolsonaro, senator for the PL of Rio de Janeiro (who must visit him separately)

Thursday, 27th, from 9am to 11am – Jair Renan Bolsonaro, councilor for Balneário Camboriú (SC)
Also according to Moraes’ decision, the entry of the medical team does not depend on prior judicial authorization and visits by lawyers must follow the rules set out in the same ordinance.
This Sunday, Bolsonaro alleged to the court that the attempt to damage the electronic ankle bracelet was due to “paranoia” caused by a mixture of medicines, prescribed by different doctors, according to him. The defense has alleged Bolsonaro’s advanced age (70 years) and health problems to reiterate a request for house arrest.
On the afternoon of this Sunday, the 23rd, the former first lady Michelle Bolsonaro visited her husband between 3 pm and just before 5 pm, also after authorization from the Supreme Court minister.
