Vienna – The former ORF Moscow office manager and foreign journalist Paul Krisai will take over the management of the ORF office in Budapest on December 1, 2025. Krisai, born in 1994, succeeds Ernst Gelegs, who set up the Budapest office in 2000 and is retiring this year after 44 years of service at ORF. The countries Hungary, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Poland and Romania, among others, are looked after from the ORF Eastern Europe office in Budapest.
