“Today I will participate in the meeting of the European Council in a hybrid format,” announced Orbán. He added that the European Union must offer Ukraine a strategic partnership and with Russia it would should have started a strategic dialogue.
It will take place in Luanda as part of the EU and African Union summit a special meeting dedicated to Ukraine, to which all 27 leaders were invited by the President of the European Council, António Costa.
